我們查核什麼 — 以及不查核什麼
我們依官方公開登記查核結構性信任事實：負責醫師的身分、登記機關確認的專科認證與執照、機構與法人是否可追溯查證、診所是否公開自身識別資訊、廣告內容是否誠實、各語言版本內容是否一致，以及是否公開病患相關文件。
我們不評估治療結果、醫師技術或併發症。高分僅代表該診所經過完整查證，不代表該處治療適合您。本站內容非醫療建議。
計算單位
一筆紀錄＝一間位於本國的診所：品牌名稱＋地址＋負責醫師。指名醫師是核心欄位 — 所有登記查核均以姓名進行比對。療程分類與城市僅為篩選面向，非計算單位。
收錄條件
共四項機械式判斷條件。前三項決定診所是否列名；第四項決定是否可計分。
- 可識別：於查核當日具備現行公開網路資訊，並有可聯繫之在地聯絡方式。
- 自行提供服務：非媒合平台、預約網站、聯盟行銷或旅遊代辦業者。
- 屬本名冊範圍：該項處置由醫師執行 — 整形外科或美容外科、植髮、由醫師主導之注射或儀器療程、醫療減重。不屬本範圍：美容沙龍、理髮店、美甲／美眉／睫毛服務、SPA、無指名醫師之醫美中心。
- 已指名負責醫師。否則該筆紀錄維持無法進行查證狀態：不計分，且在指名醫師之前不予顯示。缺乏資訊並非過錯 — 未提供姓名僅為揭露程度之陳述，非指控。
國家登記地圖
台灣的登記地圖編製於2026年8月31日，早於任何診所研究工作之前。若某類登記標示為不存在，其對應項目即視為不適用；若某項登記無法以程式化方式查詢，其儲存格將標示為「無法查證」，不予扣分。我們絕不虛構登記資料。
本国无法核查的项目
本国不予公开、对机器查询关闭，或其定义本身不涵盖我们所列诊所的登记类别。每一行列出类别、辖区、原因及最近一次尝试的日期；对相关记录而言，这些项目不计入覆盖率计算。此处不点名任何诊所，也不统计任何被隐去的记录。
截至最近一次核查之日，本国各类登记均可接受机器查询，且涵盖我们所列的诊所。

每一評分項目皆為來自公開來源的事實或引述，依固定評分基準以1至5分計分。本站不設編輯性評分項目。每個儲存格皆附有來源、來源類別（官方登記／次要來源）與查核日期。
知名度、評論數量、網域註冊年限與社群追蹤人數，在任何地方皆不列入評分。
M1 · 負責醫師之整形外科專科醫師資格 — 權重26
本診所所指名之負責醫師，是否於本國專科醫師登記中列有與宣傳療程分類相符（依分類為整形外科或皮膚科）之現行專科資格。

以機械式方式檢視診所自身聲明之用語模式：結果保證、「百分之百安全」、未附來源之「第一」或「最好」、「無限次補做」、將前後對照照片作為療效承諾呈現、將境外資格證書呈現為本國專科資格。每一項扣分皆須引述確切文字，並附網址、語言版本與日期。

計算公式
每项1至5分的数值换算为0至1。综合评分为所有具备数值的项目的加权平均：本国不适用的项目、登记对机器查询关闭的项目，以及无法核实的项目，均从标准化计算中剔除。
綜合分數 = 100 × Σ(權重 × (數值 − 1) / 4) / Σ(具備數值項目之權重) 分數 = min(綜合分數 + 業務調整, 現行最低之分數上限)，並限制於0至100之間
覆盖率门槛：仅当本国可衡量的项目权重中至少75%具备可核实的来源支持数值时，才会公布评分。本国未公开的登记类别，或拒绝机器查询的登记（该拒绝已记载于登记对照表中），从该分母中剔除；已完成但未匹配的查询、未完成的尝试以及单一语言版本，均计入覆盖率缺口。未达门槛时，该记录保持核查进行中状态：不带评分，且在下一轮采集将其提升至门槛之上前不予展示。
我們只公布能依官方登記查證的診所；未公布評分的診所不會出現在本站任何位置。
只有当登记项目（M1、M3、M4、M5）中至少一项有取值时，记录才会发布；仅凭诊所自述支撑的档案不予展示。

認證標章與療程分類
認證標章為依登記查證通過之項目所決定的布林條件 — 絕不採信診所自身之聲明。同一標章內之排序依綜合分數決定。

療程結果品質
本領域目前並無獨立之療程結果評量方式，本站亦不模擬此類評量。已納入各評分項目之登記事實，是本站所公布唯一與品質相關之佐證。
資料如何產出（無人工介入流程）
- 無來源即不計分 — 分兩階段進行。收集人員記錄數值、引述內容與網址；另由查核人員重新載入該網址，並以文字比對方式確認引述內容。若查無引述內容，該儲存格即降級為「無法查證」。
- 所有負面文字皆採固定範本。分數上限與暫緩事項皆依固定文字範本，搭配所引用之引述或登記資料產生。不會針對指名診所撰寫任何自由文字內容。
- 驗證程式即為建置關卡。每項評分項目之欄位皆須存在（可為null，但不可缺漏）、每筆引用皆須可連結查證、分數上限僅得依附有引述之查證屬實負面認定設定、各項權重總和須為100，且本站自身文字中出現誇大用語即無法通過建置。
- 每筆紀錄之查核清單：至少兩項獨立來源、已開啟並引用國家登記地圖、每一評分項目皆具備附來源之數值或明確標示「無法查證」。
- 答辯機制不須人工介入：寄至聯絡表單或corrections@信箱之訊息，皆依一般資料輸入方式處理。附來源之更正將被採用並記錄；未附來源之聲明將並列於資料旁公開呈現，分數不予變動。
每个单元格都记录其读取方式（采集脚本、第二条网络出口，或运行同一采集代码的浏览器），并以同一方式复核。页面未能加载绝不会删除取值；只有在页面已加载而引文确实不存在时，才会删除取值。任何结论均不以他人口头说法为依据。
負面發現——關於該單位或該人員的一筆官方登記紀錄，且其狀態有效——一經整理完成即予發布：登記原文逐字引用、連結及讀取日期。本登記不向診所寄發信函；有異議的診所可透過更正表單或本登記的更正信箱提出，診所的答覆與該事實並列展示，且分數僅依據來源變更。資料缺失（無處罰紀錄、未找到）一律不予發布。
儲存格為何可能留空
凡無法查證的儲存格均標註下列原因之一。若已執行查詢，紀錄會顯示所查登記、日期及該次查詢的結果。未完成的查詢將於下一輪蒐集時重試；這絕不構成對該診所的負面認定。

資料更新頻率
每筆紀錄皆顯示實際最後查核日期。登記類評分項目（M1、M3、M4）於90天內重新查核；廣告誠實度項目（M7）於180天內重新查核。每次異動皆記錄於異動紀錄及該筆紀錄自身之歷史紀錄中。
本名冊不做的事
- 我們不評估治療結果、手術技術或併發症發生率。
- 沒有公開網路資訊的診所，我們無從得知。
- 本國未公開的登記類別，將標示為無此類資料；我們絕不虛構登記資料。
- 我們不收取診所任何費用，不提供預約，亦不做轉介。
- 知名度、評論數量、網域註冊年限與社群追蹤人數，在任何地方皆不計入評分。
獨立性：我們不收取診所任何費用，不提供預約，不做轉介，任何排名皆無法透過付費取得。資料異動僅依附來源之事實進行，且對所有診所一視同仁，適用相同規則。
